Susan and Michael underwent "Extreme Makeover" including Plastic Surgery, dental restoration, makeup and hair for their wedding shown on ABC. Dr. Perlman was invited to perform the plastic surgical procedures for both Michael and Susan for the show. They have married and Susan has given birth to a beautiful little boy!
