		John underwent nose surgery (rhinopasty), placement of  a chin implant, buccal fat pad removal from the cheek, cheek and neck liposuction and fat injections to highlight his cheekbones.  His makeover also included a diet and exercise regimen provided by Michael Thurman in Santa Monica.

		John  underwent an  "Extreme Makeovers" including plastic surgery, dental restoration, makeup and hair for the ABC TV show in October, 2003.  Dr. Perlman was invited to perform the plastic surgical procedures for this show.
